I’d put them at the usual 9-11 They do have more stretch than last years batch & are about 34” toe to cuff, tube style

This years batch is thinner than last years and has more top stretch (about 21 inches) The feet are roomy and should fit up to women’s 12

pull them up over your knees

fold them over & down
for nicely cuffed knee highs

or scrunch them down around your ankles

They itched a bit at first then were surprisingly comfy for hours...
 I enjoyed sleeping in them too

They don’t come with washing instructions but I’d recommend cold unless your willing to let them shrink, shrinkage of natural fibers is to be expected with the use of heat.
