To be honest we don’t like returns. Why? because it means we either sent you the wrong thing
or did not provide enough information for you to make the correct decision for your needs or we did everything right but you either changed your mind or thought it looked different online... As a rule the only time we accept returns is when there is a defect in the item as these are personal apparel & not resellable once worn. We work very hard to accurately represent the color, sizing & integrity of the items.
(Colors can be tricky as monitors can vary in tone quite a bit, my violet may look bluer to you) If you find that we erred in this area please bring it to our attention... we will work to correct the situation & find a happy resolution. All of our socks are checked for visible defects before being sent out. If you find that we missed something we will refund the cost of your merchandise or give you credit towards another item if you decide to return it within 14 days
of receiving your order. We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns. Most fibers get softer with each washing, if you have a problem with a sock being scratchy it probably just needs to be washed. Please write so that we can determine if it is a natural occurrence and what steps need to be taken to remedy it. If you want to return something because when it arrived it just wasn’t what you thought it’d be that’s fine too, just write us for options. If the
items are not in their original packaging or show signs of wear you may incur a 10% restocking fee. Again, we cannot resell worn hosiery. Satisfied customers are our goal. |
